Wrap Around Care is run by a team of dedicated staff, most of whom are teaching assistants during the school day and already work closely with the children. We do our best to offer high-quality care for working families and for children who enjoy staying at school to take part in fun activities.

We provide a varied menu and encourage children to make healthy food choices, supported by our school cook who helps prepare and serve the meals. The Wrap Around Care team is overseen by our Deputy Headteacher, Mrs. Wright.

Our provision is called The Roost, where all the “birds” (our pupils) from across Kiwi School can start their day and return at the end of the day to gather together.

BREAKFAST CLUB

 

We offer Breakfast Club for our pupils from Reception class to Year 6, run by our, enthusiastic staff.

It starts at 7:45am, with access through the KS2 playground school gate off Marlborough Road.

Children are offered a range of healthy breakfast choices and an opportunity to take part in fun activities before being sent to their classes for registration at the start of the school day.

Cost of the daily club session is £4.00.

AFTER SCHOOL CLUB

Our After School Club runs Monday to Friday. It is open till 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm on Fridays.

Children are provided with a snack and can do their homework, read or take part in a wide variety planned activities.

The cost of the sessions vary depending on collection time:

3.15 - 4.30 pm £6 (Mon -Thur)  

3.15 - 5.30 pm £9 (Mon - Thur) 

3.15 - 5.00 pm £8.00 (Fridays)

Children should be collected from the KS2 gate off Malborough Road.
